Service Description

The Energy healing & Reiki Zoom 45 min single session includes 1 x 45 minute online via zoom energy healing session for 1 x person. This allows us to identify one current stressor for you, to assist you to build awareness, help you release blocks and stuck energy which will improve your health and wellbeing. Some of the the results you might experience include feeling lighter,  a sense of calm and peace at the end of the session.  Everyone is different in what they experience and you might have physical symptoms improve also. Bringing awareness to the issue and an understanding of the stress and what caused it is very powerful. This is a great introduction into energy healing and involves my unique energy balancing methods of intuitive healing reiki, kinesiology, meridians, chakras and other techniques that help you to let go, restore balance, release karmic ties, release past lifes, cut cords, angel help, card reading, reiki etc).
