How I help

​

In the people energy healing & reiki sessions, I will assess what the current stress is for you and assist with energetically transmuting what I can in the booking. I will answer any questions you may have, give any guidance received and use energy healing techniques to identify and release stress and blocks. The session will be guided by what comes up for you when I tune in.
